Aqualudic is based on the Celtic Circuit, which includes:

Hammam:

(Wet) sauna in an environment saturated with steam and a room temperature at 41º – 45º. It helps to detoxify the body, which in turns helps to reduce salts, fats and toxins.

Sauna:

(Dry) sauna at a high temperature combined with a very low moisture content. Ideal for moments of relaxation alone or with company, it stimulates body perspiration and efficiently expels all harmful features on the skin. Toxins, fats and salts are eliminated through this process, which is what makes the sauna relaxing.

Sauna with Chromotherapy:

Combines the benefits of using a Dry Sauna with the use of colours. Ancient civilisations — such as ancient Egypt, India, Greece and China — used them for the purpose of harmonising body and mind.

Turkish Bath:

(Wet) sauna characterised by an environment saturated with steam and an ambient temperature at 41º – 45º. It helps to detoxify the body, which in turns helps to reduce salts, fats and toxins.

360º Contrast Shower:

Located in the Aqualudic Celtic Circuit, it comprises a route with five shower areas, each at a different temperature. Starting at 39º, focus is on the whole body before moving to the lower limbs at 26º. The different temperatures of the showers are an excellent boost for circulation.

Ice Fountain:

Through the direct application of the crystallised ice obtained in the ice fountain, maximum thermal contrast is obtained in the bath cycles in hot areas.

Small Pool

Offers a variety of relaxation options, consisting of a waterfall and four large deck-mounted jacuzzies: Aerobath with Geyser, Tangential Whirlpool, Aerobath and Whirlpool (back and calves).

Big Pool

With Whirlpool Loungers and Chairs, River, Counter-current swimming and other outdoor heated water features.
